This is not a concept car, it has already manufactured and now in testing state. this car made by Terrafugia. it can fly up to 450 miles over 115mp/h speed. also Terrafugia Flying Car can drive 60mp/h in the land. it has convertible wings so it is easy to drive it in the road.
