Lamborghini is largely seen as a playboys car company and as a result tend
to be extravagantly designed with excessive angles and smart looks.
Initially the company refused to be involved in racing but has later
developed into this area and the Diablo and Murciélago are both examples
of this sporting spirit.
Looking first at the Lamborghini Diablo, the car boasted a 5.7 or 6.0 L
V12 capable of offering 530 and 575 bhp respectively. The 6-litre engine
was a major innovation in the Diablo and paved the way for the Murciélago
to follow. On top of that, the GT version was for a while the fastest
production car offering 338km/h.
However, the Diablo was eventually replaced by the Murciélago. This
evolution of the Lamborghini brand can hit 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and will
take you all the way to a top speed of 210mph. On top of that raw speed it
has tweaked features with the four wheel drive system offering up 630bhp
and a super tight handling system. The interior was also given a facelift
with softer fittings throughout stereo and menu features to boot.
